Login with your UW-M ePanther ID and password.
Every UWM employee should have an ePanther ID and
password. (It's the same as your UW-M email ID, but without
the '@uwm.edu' part.)
If you don't have or don't know your
ePanther ID or password, call the I&MT Help Desk for assistance at 229-4040.

| Why do I have to do this? |

State and University policies require annual disclosures of outside activities from:

Faculty members |
| - |
Academic staff members and limited appointees whose campus
appointments total 50% or greater |

Principal or co-investigators on federal grants |
| - |
Individuals with active management plans from the Conflict of Interest Committee |

Federal policies require the University to eliminate, minimize, or manage
any potential or actual conflicts of interest between an investigator's federally-funded research and
significant financial interests that might reasonably appear
to affect, or be affected by, the federally-funded work. |
